Our fitness classes are designed to help adults stay strong, steady, and active as they age. Our small-group training format allows for personalized instruction and exercise modifications, so participants can work safely at their own pace while improving health and fitness.

Class Descriptions


Strength & Balance

Our flagship class and the foundation of the studio. Participants are guided through a warm-up, a balance challenge, a functional strength-training circuit, and a short cardio finish.

Exercises are tailored to individual ability levels and focus on building the strength, stability, and proper form needed for everyday movement.


Brain Agility

Brain Agility combines movement with cognitive challenges to engage both body and mind. Activities vary from week to week, and participants practice focus, reaction time, problem-solving, and coordination in a fun, engaging group setting.

Filled with laughter and social connection, this class offers an enjoyable way to stay mentally and physically active.


Mindful Mobility

A gentle class that combines mobility exercises, yoga postures, stretching, and breath awareness to help you stay loose and leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Chair options, props, and modifications are offered throughout class, making it accessible for a wide range of abilities.


Balance In Place

Balance In Place is a specialized fall-prevention and balance program designed to help older adults improve stability, confidence, and safety in everyday activities.

Exercises are tailored to each participant and focus on building the basic movement skills needed to reduce fall risk and maintain independence.
