Monthly Membership
Our classes operate through monthly memberships, which help us maintain consistent class groups and scheduling. If you are new to our studio, please get in touch with us to discuss class availability and details.

Schedule changes are based on class size, space availability, and individual considerations. We are happy to help find the best fit for you.
Monthly Membership Pricing
1 class/week — $55/month
2 classes/week — $94/month
3 classes/week — $138/month
4 classes/week — $182/month
Membership reserves your spot in your selected recurring class group each month.
Payment Options & Instructions
We kindly ask that monthly payments be submitted by the 25th of each month so we can finalize class rosters and prepare for the upcoming month.
Members are welcome to pay ahead for future months.
Please note that class schedules may occasionally change from month to month. If this happens and you’ve paid ahead, we will get in touch with you to coordinate any adjustments to your schedule.

Cash/Check: Pay at the studio with cash or check. Checks should be made payable to: AgeSmart Fitness

Absences & Rescheduling
Membership reserves your scheduled class times for the month. Because class sizes are limited, missed classes are not guaranteed to be rescheduled or replaced.
If you know you will miss a scheduled class and would like to see if there are any alternate class options available, please talk to us ahead of time. When space allows, we may occasionally be able to accommodate you in another class time, though alternate placements are not guaranteed.
Membership Holds
If you anticipate multiple absences during a month (more than 4 missed classes), you may request to place your membership on hold.
Membership Hold Fee: $55/month
A membership hold:
Reserves your place in your current class schedule
Allows you to return to the same class the following month
Helps us maintain stable class rosters and availability
Please note:
Hold requests must be submitted before the start of the month
Membership holds are available up to 2 times per calendar year
The hold fee is a flat rate and is not based on class frequency
Refunds & Cancellations
Members may receive a full refund within at least 7 days after payment if no classes were attended.
Medical Withdrawals: If you need to withdraw for medical reasons after the month has started, we may provide a prorated refund based on the remaining classes.
