We offer small-group fitness classes designed for anyone who wants to stay strong and move well as they age. Every class is led by an instructor who knows your name, understands your body, and is genuinely invested in how you're doing.
Classes run on a monthly membership. You choose a class schedule that works for you, pay one flat rate, and that spot is yours every month.

Our flagship class and the foundation of the studio. This class builds functional strength, improves stability, and reduces fall risk through safe, progressive exercises tailored to your level. Most members attend twice a week, coming with the same group at the same time.

A once-a-week class focused on heart health, energy, and endurance — at a pace that feels sustainable and enjoyable. Take it on its own or add it to your Strength & Balance membership for a little more variety in your week.

A once-a-week class that challenges your mind as much as your body. Brain Agility weaves cognitive exercises into movement to build focus, reaction time, and mental sharpness. A favorite for members who want to keep both their body and their brain feeling sharp.

Open Studio gives current members flexible access to our studio space to work out on your own schedule, with a trainer nearby if you have questions. It's a great option if you know you'll miss some classes and want to stay consistent, or if you simply want to come in more often than your regular class times allow.
We sometimes recommend Open Studio for members who anticipate absences in a given month — pairing a one-day-a-week class with Open Studio access can be a practical and affordable way to stay active.
Times: Monday–Friday at 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM

How membership works
We run on a monthly cycle. Near the end of each month, we'll be in touch to confirm your schedule for the following month. If you're continuing with the same classes at the same times, just let us know and take care of your payment by the 25th.
Payment is accepted by Zelle, check, or cash. Drop cash or a check in our payment box at the studio, or pay via Zelle.
If your schedule needs to change, just let us know. We're happy to help you find a new schedule that works.
New to the studio?
All new members start with a phone call. We want to learn a little about you — your health history, your goals, and what you're hoping to get out of class — before you come in for your first session. It also gives us a chance to match you with the right group and time.

If you’re traveling or need time away, you can place your membership on hold.
Hold Fee: $55/month
This holds your class spot so you can return to the same schedule without losing your place. The hold fee is not based on the number of classes you take—it simply reserves your space.
