Pricing
Our pricing is designed to be simple, consistent, and easy to plan around. We use a flat monthly rate, so your payment stays the same each month — no fluctuations based on how many classes are on the calendar.
On average, this comes out to about $11 per class, similar to our previous structure, just without the month-to-month variation.
If you choose to attend more frequently, your cost per class decreases over time. This is intentional, as we aim to support consistency, because that’s where you’ll see the most progress and benefit from your training.
Strength + Balance is the foundation of the studio, and many members choose it as their core class. Brain Agility and Feel-Good Cardio can be taken on their own or added in for variety, challenge, and fun.

Class Hold Option: If you’re traveling or need time away, you can place your membership on hold.
Hold Fee: $50/month
This keeps your spot in your class cohort so you can return to the same schedule without losing your place. The hold fee is not based on the number of classes you take—it simply reserves your space.
