Welcome to Our New Space
What to Expect
We’re excited to be moving into our new studio at 474 Russell St., Suite 102, in Ashland, and I wanted to share a few quick updates so you know exactly what to expect.
First, not much is changing in the ways that matter most. You’ll still see the same familiar faces, attend the same classes, and follow the same schedule you’re used to. What is new is a dedicated space designed specifically for strength, balance, and small-group training—giving us more flexibility and room to grow. We’ll be able to offer Cardio on Wednesdays and Strength and Balance classes on Tuesdays/Fridays. The Senior Center will continue to offer the same wonderful services and programs; we will keep in close contact.
In addition to classes, we’ll now be offering individual training time Monday through Friday from 12:30–4:30. This is a chance to come in, move at your own pace, and reinforce what you’re learning in class. Either Peyton or I will be there to answer questions and help guide you if needed.
Over the next few weeks, I’d also love to meet with each of you. This isn’t anything formal—just a chance to talk through your goals, answer questions, and make sure you’re set up with the right combination of classes, training time, or (if it makes sense) some one-on-one training.
If you’re a current student, this is a great time to check in and make a plan for the summer. If you’re new, it’s the perfect way to get started with a clear direction.
You can schedule a time by checking in with Peyton before or after class—we’ll find a time that works for you. You can also email Peyton at Peytonkatrina@gmail.com.
I’m really looking forward to this next chapter and continuing to build something steady, supportive, and effective together.
