Owner / Lead TrainerBeth Morris
Beth is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, writer, and founder of AgeSmart Fitness and The Social Muscle Method. She specializes in helping adults build strength, balance, and confidence through small-group training that is both highly personalized and deeply social.
After a midlife career shift from publishing and tech into fitness, Beth saw a gap in how programs were designed—especially for adults who wanted more than just exercise. They wanted connection, accountability, and a place where they felt known. That insight became the foundation for The Social Muscle Method, a framework built on intentional class design, progressive strength training, and the belief that community is not a byproduct of fitness—it’s part of the work.
Beth’s classes are known for their thoughtful structure, attention to individual needs, and an atmosphere that prioritizes participation over performance. She integrates strength training, balance work, and cognitive challenges into sessions that are both effective and engaging, helping clients improve not just how they move, but how they live.
As a CPT, she also has certifications in Functional Aging, Corrective Exercise, Balance, and Brain Coaching.
