What We Offer
We offer a range of training options—from small group to personal training—to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a custom quote.

We offer Mon/Thurs and Tues/Friday class options. There is some flexibility within those days; general most people choose 2 or 3 days a week.

We offer small-group cardio classes at all levels, personalized so that you can safely reach your goals.

This is a small-group class that focuses on cognitive multi-tasking, some light agility, balance, and vestibular exercises to improve neuroplasticity and cognitive function.

Beth offers 1:1 or couples personal training. These programs are developed for you, the individual, and your goals and needs. You can use your custom workouts during studio time to augment your other training days.

We offer studio training time between the hours of 12:30-4:30 M-F.
